Based in Paris, Studio 247 EC is a new-generation accounting firm, founded in 2026 by Fleur Mboungou Mboumba, a former Deloitte manager, holder of the DEC (the French chartered-accountant diploma, equivalent to a CPA), registered with the Paris Order of Chartered Accountants. It serves small-business and SME leaders who want demanding accounting oversight and bespoke support, equal to their ambitions and their vision.

Why a new-generation accounting firm?
Fleur didn't dream of numbers, but of a white coat. Medicine was her calling, until chance led her toward accounting — a discipline she first saw as rigid and cold, the opposite of the profession she dreamed of practicing.
In her third year of training, her body gave out under the pressure. In room 247 of a hotel in Amiens, she reached her limits. That's where a truth became clear: you can't heal a structure without taking care of the person who runs it.
She then decided to reconcile these two callings. She wouldn't be a doctor for bodies, but a doctor for businesses. Studio 247 EC was born from that drive: to create a firm that treats the numbers with rigor, and the business leader with the same attention.

01How was Studio 247 EC born?
Since childhood, I dreamed of being a doctor. I always carried this urge to heal and to help; but I have an absolute fear of blood. Stubborn and persistent by nature, I wouldn't resign myself to giving up that dream. It's with this same "taking care" philosophy that I turned toward another patient: the business.

In discovering bookkeeping, then accounting, I understood that both pursued the same purpose: doing everything possible so the patient thrives. This patient is no longer a human being, but a business, whose vital signs we analyze, the numbers, whose sustenance we observe, the energy, and whose past and aspirations we question, the vision.
One conviction, though, never left me: something was missing, we could do better. The chartered accountant observes what is, to draw up financial statements; with Studio 247 EC, I wanted to go further, and look at what could be. Because a company's true engine isn't its finances: it's its leader.
From that conviction, Studio 247 EC was born: a firm that does as much prevention as support. Because a company can't be in good health if the person running it isn't.
