Why create Studio 247 EC rather than stay at a large firm?

At large firms, the advice is excellent, but the business leader isn't really taken care of. I wanted to build something different, where the numbers aren't the end goal but the starting point of a deeper kind of support.

Where does the name "Studio 247 EC" come from?
F

It's the number of the hotel room in Amiens where I experienced a turning point during my studies. I had to face failure, and that failure became my patient zero. That's when I realised you can't heal a business without taking care of the person who runs it.

Why did you bring coaching and well-being into your accounting offering?
F

Because I've seen too many business owners with perfect balance sheets who were exhausted, stuck, and disconnected from their vision. The numbers are the foundation, but that's not where real success is determined. As a business owner myself, I know how much emotional, physical, and mental balance shapes a company and defines its success. A vision, no matter how beautiful, needs vitality to flourish. You can have the posture, you can have the finances, but without vitality, everything stops.

01Comment ça se passe si je veux changer d’expert-comptable ? 
Changer d'expert-comptable est plus simple qu'on ne le croit. Chez Studio 247 EC, nous gérons l'intégralité de la transition à votre place (récupération des dossiers, transfert des documents comptables, prise en charge des éventuelles formalités auprès de votre ancien cabinet). Vous n'avez rien à faire, si ce n'est nous donner votre accord. La transition se fait en toute discrétion et sans interruption de votre activité pour garantir votre tranquillité.
02Le coaching du dirigeant est-il inclus dans votre accompagnement ? 
L'accompagnement du dirigeant est au fondement de notre approche, mais il n’est jamais imposé. Une première séance peut être offerte dans le cadre de notre Welcome Kit, lorsque nous percevons chez le dirigeant un besoin qu'il exprime ouvertement ou non. Ces trente minutes débouchent alors sur un plan d'action concret, à partir duquel nous vous orientons, si c'est pertinent, vers un accompagnement plus approfondi. Selon la mission choisie, un bilan de posture ou un bilan de vitalité peut également s'intégrer à votre suivi.
03Est-ce que Studio 247 EC travaille avec des dirigeants en dehors de Paris ? 
Notre cabinet est basé à Paris et nous privilégions les rendez-vous en présentiel pour construire une vraie relation de proximité. Nous travaillons néanmoins avec des clients en Île-de-France, en régions et à l'international (dirigeants francophones établis à l'étranger ou entreprises étrangères implantées en France).
04Quelle est la différence entre un comptable et un expert comptable ?

Le comptable est le plus souvent un collaborateur salarié, d'un cabinet d'expertise comptable, où il travaille sous la responsabilité de l'expert-comptable, ou d'une entreprise, dont il tient les comptes en interne.

Ce qui distingue les deux tient d'abord à la responsabilité. En signant le bilan d'une société et en attestant qu'il donne une image fidèle de sa situation économique, l'expert-comptable engage sa responsabilité civile, professionnelle, pénale et disciplinaire. La différence tient ensuite à la formation et à l'encadrement : l'expert-comptable est titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac +8 et inscrit à l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables, garant du respect des règles de la profession.

C'est cette qualification qui fait toute la différence : seul l'expert-comptable peut exercer la comptabilité à titre indépendant, et lui seul est habilité à établir et signer vos comptes. Un comptable salarié, en cabinet comme en entreprise, ne le peut pas.

05Comment choisir un expert comptable à Paris pour une entreprise individuelle ?

Plusieurs critères peuvent vous guider. La qualification, d'abord : tout expert-comptable est inscrit à l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables, garant du respect des règles professionnelles et d'un haut niveau d'exigence. La connaissance de votre type de structure, ensuite, car chaque forme d'entreprise a ses spécificités. Et la qualité de la relation, enfin, qui prend toute son importance dans un accompagnement inscrit dans la durée.

06Sous quel délai peut-on démarrer ?
Rapidement. Après notre premier échange, la signature de la lettre de mission et le versement d'un premier honoraire de lancement, l'accompagnement débute généralement sous deux à trois semaines. Ce délai permet de reprendre sereinement votre dossier si vous venez d'un autre cabinet, ou de poser les fondations si vous créez votre entreprise.
